This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through the official Of Sheen website (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy, including all shipping timelines, fees, liability limitations, and customs responsibilities.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Modifications & Cancellations: You may request to cancel or modify your order (including shipping address changes, product adjustments, or quantity updates) ONLY before your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request if the fulfillment process has not yet begun. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted.
- Pre-Order & Backorder Items: Pre-order and backorder items are processed per the estimated shipping timeline listed on the product page. Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your item, and pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified after purchase. We will notify you via email if there are any delays to the estimated dispatch date.
- Dispatch Rights: We reserve the right to delay or cancel dispatch for orders with invalid payment information, suspected fraudulent activity, inventory discrepancies, or unforeseen operational issues. We will notify you via email in the event of a delay or cancellation.
2. Global Shipping Services, Timelines & Fees
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions via our network of trusted, insured international cross-border logistics partners. All orders are dispatched from our dedicated global fulfillment center.

Additional Shipping Notes
- Shipping fees for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping service.
- For shipments to the Philippines, only DHL Express shipping is available due to regional logistics limitations.
- We do not offer expedited or express shipping options for any destinations at this time.
- All delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, carrier transit issues, public holidays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Free Shipping Terms & Eligibility
Our global free shipping promotion applies to all orders with a pre-tax, pre-fee merchandise subtotal of $250 USD or more, valid for all shipping destinations we service.
- The $250 USD threshold is calculated based on the total value of physical merchandise in your cart, before any taxes, duties, shipping fees, or discount codes are applied. Gift card purchases do not count toward the free shipping threshold.
- We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or suspend the free shipping promotion at any time, at our sole discretion.
4. Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
CRITICAL NOTICE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, local administrative levies, and any other fees imposed by the customs authority or government of your destination country are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the recipient (you).
These fees are NOT included in the listed product price or shipping cost at checkout. The exact amount of applicable fees is determined solely by the import policies of your destination country, and we have no control over these charges. We cannot provide a pre-purchase estimate of import fees, as they vary by country, order value, and product category.
If a package is refused, seized, abandoned, or returned to us because you (the recipient) fail to pay the required duties, taxes, or fees, or refuse to complete customs clearance procedures:
- You will be held fully liable for all incurred shipping costs (both outbound and return), customs penalties, and handling fees.
- These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund for the order.
- If the total incurred costs exceed the order value, you will remain liable for the outstanding balance.
We are not responsible for any packages seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities in the destination country, and no refund will be issued for such orders.
5. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your package via the carrier’s official website.
- For international orders, tracking updates may take 3-10 business days to appear in the carrier’s system, due to cross-border carrier handover, customs clearance processing, and international transit. Tracking information may not update daily, and we recommend checking back every 2-3 business days for the latest status.
- Delivery is considered complete when the carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. A delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes final proof of successful delivery.
6. Delivery Exceptions & Liability
Our Liability Limitations
We are only liable for orders confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier prior to delivery confirmation. For such cases, we will work with the carrier to investigate and offer a resolution, including a one-time reshipment of the order or a store credit, at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued for lost packages.
Your Full Responsibility
You are solely liable for all delivery issues arising from the following circumstances:
- Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by you.
- Unclaimed/Refused Delivery: We are not liable for packages that are unclaimed, refused, or returned by the carrier or recipient. You will be responsible for all associated shipping and handling fees for such packages.
- Stolen Packages Post-Delivery: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
- Import Compliance: It is your responsibility to verify that the products you order can be legally imported into your destination country. We are not liable for packages seized due to non-compliance with local import laws.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, carrier strikes, natural disasters, public health emergencies, war, or government restrictions.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
If a shipment is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to our fulfillment center for any reason (including invalid address, unclaimed delivery, refused delivery, or unpaid customs fees), we will notify you via email within 3 business days of receiving the returned package.
You will have the option to:
- Reship the order: You will be required to pay the full reshipping fee, as well as any incurred return shipping fees, customs penalties, or handling charges. Non-refundable reshipping fees are as follows: $6 USD for US/UK/EU orders, $7 USD for Canada/Australia orders, $9 USD for the rest of the world.
- Request a refund: A refund will be issued for the merchandise value of the order, minus all outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs penalties, and handling fees incurred by us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable orders.
If we do not receive a response from you within 10 business days of our notification, the package will be deemed abandoned, and we reserve the right to dispose of the merchandise with no refund issued.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries or regions due to logistics limitations, regulatory restrictions, or high rates of fraud, lost packages, or customs issues. We will notify you before canceling your order if we are unable to ship to your provided destination.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your purchase of an order after the updated policy effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
