Our jewelry complies with international general jewelry safety standards, but if you have severe metal allergies, sensitive skin, or are allergic to copper, gold-plated materials or related accessories, please purchase with caution. We are not responsible for allergic reactions caused by personal physical differences.

Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 7-15 business days, expedited delivery time is 3-7 business days. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, extreme weather, holidays and other force majeure factors.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange: We accept return and exchange applications within 7 days after you sign for the package. The product must be unused, with the original packaging and tags intact, and does not affect secondary sales.
