Eligibility for Return & Exchange: We accept return and exchange applications within 7 days after you sign for the package. The product must be unused, with the original packaging and tags intact, and does not affect secondary sales.

Non-returnable Items: Customized products, personalized products, used products, products damaged by improper use, and products with lost original packaging are not eligible for return and exchange.

Return Shipping Fee: If the return is caused by confirmed product quality problems, we will bear the return shipping fee; if the return is caused by personal reasons (such as wrong size, dislike, inappropriate style, etc.), the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee and related customs fees.
