We are not responsible for allergic reactions caused by personal physical differences.

Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 7-15 business days, expedited delivery time is 3-7 business days. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, extreme weather, holidays and other force majeure factors.

Delivery Confirmation: Please ensure that the delivery address, contact information and recipient name you filled in are accurate. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages caused by incorrect address information.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange: We accept return and exchange applications within 7 days after you sign for the package. The product must be unused, with the original packaging and tags intact, and does not affect secondary sales.

Non-returnable Items: Customized products, personalized products, used products, products damaged by improper use, and products with lost original packaging are not eligible for return and exchange.

Return Shipping Fee: If the return is caused by confirmed product quality problems, we will bear the return shipping fee; if the return is caused by personal reasons (such as wrong size, dislike, inappropriate style, etc.), the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee and related customs fees.
